Lodi is a sweetheart.  She doesn't ask for anything except 2 squares a day, something to chew on, and never having to take a bath or get her nails done.  Reminds me of a former girlfriend . . . just kidding.  Oh yeah, and license to bark at the neighbors whenever they go by on their horses.  I'm not as accomodative as she would like but she loves me anyway.  And I think she'll make me proud when we get into the show ring sometime this fall.  Structurally she might turn out to be an improvment over her Mom Chickie, but it's too early to make that prediction.  She doesn't have Chickie's enthusiasm but Chickie didn't really hit her stride until well after 1 year of age.  I was worried about Chickie's topline at this age, whereas Lodi is just about level.  She's as naked as she's going to get though, so picture her with a fuller forechest and collar.  Movement seems adequate to good but I haven't asked her to really move out on lead yet, so we'll see.
